Tucked into a quiet landing in the shadow of Steamboat Ski Resort resides Alpine House - two thoughtfully crafted A-frames that celebrate the natural splendor of the Yampa Valley.

Built from locally-sourced beetle kill pine, these sustainable homes showcase the textural beauty of reclaimed wood through exposed beams, angled ceilings, and architectural details echoing the surrounding peaks.

Each light-filled home features an open concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows framing majestic mountain vistas. Upscale finishes and appliances provide modern comforts while the minimalist interiors let nature take center stage.

One home offers custom built-in bunks perfect for families while the other features a cozy theatre room to unwind after days spent exploring. Both homes are connected by a custom breezeway and Huum sauna with expansive views overlooking the valley. As you soak in the panoramas, the dry cedar heat soothes body and mind..

Just minutes from your door, meandering trails give way to the slopes of Steamboat. Hit the greens at Haymaker Golf Course just below or take the gondola up for an unforgettable day on the mountain.

At Alpine House, comfort and sustainability intertwine with Rocky Mountain splendor. Whether you book one retreat or both, you're sure to leave feeling restored.
